Victoria's Secret models adorably butcher 'Deck the Halls'

YouTube

Supermodel Miranda Kerr may know a thing or two about modeling, but she still has much to learn about holiday music classics.

Sure, they’re slim, they’re beautiful and they prance around in underoos for a living, but can they carry a tune?

(Hint: no.)

Supermodels flexed their vocal cords — a body part often left to fans’ imaginations — for a new Victoria’s Secret video in which they adorably attempt to sing the holiday classic “Deck the Halls” ... poorly. Not only are the stunners somewhat off key, but they can’t even remember the words. At one point, Dutch model Doutzen Kroes — who sings about decking halls with “honey” — throws her hands up in despair.

“It’s not fair to have a model singing,” Kroes declares astutely, while Australian model Miranda Kerr offers a solid defense: “We don’t sing this down under.”

As for American beauty Erin Heatherton? Poor girl struggles with her "fa-la-la-la" and has trouble trying to light some holiday candles. (Hey, it ain’t easy being a model.)

Watch lingerie heavyweights Candice Swanepoel, Miranda Kerr, Doutzen Kroes, Alessandra Ambrosio, Lily Aldridge, Lindsay Ellingson and Erin Heatherton have some holiday fun:

Rina Raphael is a senior TODAY editor who would probably fumble a tune as well if she had to do it publicly in her underwear.

the female form has been used in commerce from day one. In fact, the female form it's very self, is a thing that is and has always been, negotiable.

so much for the siren song of Madison Avenue.

It's a mild form of prostitution.

Reminds me a lot of Kelly Bundy. All fluff and no substance.
